Breast spasms...

💝 👪 💝 • Wed, May 06 • Been married to the love of my life for almost 5 years (9 years together total) & we have decided we`re finally at a place where we are ready to have a baby & we are so excited!!!

I am 1 week late & have no sign of AF. I have tested negative 3 times. I started having stomach pain in my mid to lower right region & (only) my left breast started hurting both maybe 5 days ago. Now tonight my left breast is spasming like crazy. Its like the side of it, near my arm. Thanks in advance for any thoughts?

Ps. I have a dr. apt scheduled. I'm just looking for ideas to keep me from going crazy in the mean time. Lol
