Can someone help me with the rezmi method or however you spell it for sex determination?

I had an ultrasound today. It was done over the stomach... Hr was 170.. Can someone tell me what side stuff is on based on this ultrasound so i can determine the sex the pic is turned wrong.. The baby is actually horizontal..and the big mass is up above it.
