I started taking Prozac last week and have been having extremely vivid dreams but most of them have been nightmares. I couldn't get out of bed this morning because of my nightmare last night. Do the nightmares get better with time? Should I switch medication? I don't know what to do but these nightmares have been affecting me and making me feel worse than before I started taking prozac. I have an appointment with my therapist and psychiatrist next week and I'll bring it up, but I just want to know if this is common or not.
