Love her to death but...

I love my best friend, but let's just say she is the pretty one out of us. She always talks about all these boys that talk to her and what new things she buys, but like I don't get to buy new things and not very many guys talk to me. I want to be there for her but it's hard to listen when she only talks about herself. Any advice?
