Mommas.... Help!

My little one will be 3 weeks on Friday. I’m breast feeding and supplementing (per dr, he’s a big boy!) Similac sensitive formula (switched from similac pro advanced due to tummy troubles already, also per dr). We’ve tried mylicon gas drops and recently switched to gripe water. Still no relief. My poor boy has been screaming in pain since about 10 am. Called pediatrician and they advised me simply that babies have gas... we walk him, walk him holding belly, tummy time, bicycling, pressure on belly. It’s been all day and he’s still not content. Help! Any wisdom! I’m begging, this is breaking my heart. First time Momma over here. 😰 any responses greatly appreciated! Help!

Update: thank you everyone for your responses. We took our little man in first thing this morning. He had a #2 diaper finally before Drs and was much calmer. Our concerns were discussed and the dr mentioned said it seemed colicky. I really appreciate all the helpful responses from everyone on the app! Good to know where to find support! Our little man seems much happier today so praying it was just a one WHOLE day issue and doesn’t continue!
