Downregulating and period is late, help!
Hi everyone, I'm after some advice please. I'm suppose to do an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycle and I was told to take buserelin/suprecur from cd21 ( it could be called something else if your from the U.S. Anyway, my period is is usually 26-27 days long but now I'm cd30 and no sign of period! I started spotting a couple of days ago which is normal for me as I spot for 2-3 days before full flow but today the spotting has stopped!
Infact the spotting was so light that I didn't even need panty liners, only a little brown blood upon wiping. At first it was red and watery but 10 min later it turned brown upon wiping and today which is 3rd day its gone!
I'm worried my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> cycle will be cancelled now and because of a few problems I wont be able to start treatment till September which means the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> drugs which has cost me well over a thousand will be wasted!
I rang clinic and they said to wait and see for a couple of more days ( clinc is abroad).
Has anyone got any advice for me please?
Can clinic give me pills to induce period whilst I'm on down regulation drugs?
Has this happened to anyone else?
