Are my boobs done growing?

I’m 13, and I got my period when I was 10. My boobs have been growing since a little before then. Last time I got my boobs measured at Pink, I was a 32C, but I dunno if that is my true size, as it’s been a while and my bras are very stretched out. I always thought I would have big boobs, but are they done growing?! I read in Seventeen that boobs stop growing around 14. My mom is kind of flat chested, but she has very wide hips and our bodies have never looked the same. Neither does my body resemble those of any other women on my mom’s side. The only woman in my family my body kind of looks like if my paternal grandma. And she has biggish boobs. So are mine done growing, or will I be forever flat chested?
