Now what?!

Hi everyone so my husband and I have been ttyc for 2 years now and nothing has happened. I've done all the necessary testing and everything comes back normal. I just had a hsg test and it was perfect. Today my husband went to the dr and they told him his sperm count is 5 million( suppose to be around 20 million) so it's very low. What do we do now? Ivf is soooo expensive but that's the direction we look like we're headed. Any suggestions? Ideas?... Thank you!
