Cotton panty liner suggestions?

I feel like this is random as hell, but I can’t think of a better place to ask this...anyone know of good panty liners that are organic/cotton/natural?

My obgyn basically told me that the liners I’m wearing aren’t breathable enough and I’m causing irritation/yeast infections. 😖 I’m wearing them because I’m pregnant and I like being able to change the liners throughout the day; it grossed me out to have wet panties. She suggested I either change my undies often (ummm, not an option at work!!) or go with cotton/natural liners. I’m looking them up online and wondering which types are decent.
