I’m not sure how to feel right now... I just got home from the ER, I went in because I was having some pink spotting and vaginal pain. I’m about 6 weeks and 3 days. They said my cervix looks closed and it looks like I scrapped it. My hcg is around 10,000. They did an ultrasound I didn’t get to see it myself but this time apparently they saw a baby with a heart beat which is a huge difference from last Monday when they could only see a yolk sac. The problem is the babies heart rate was only at 78 bpm which is very low. They basically told me to prepare for the worst.... I have an appointment to follow up for Friday and I’m trying not to stress but it’s very hard after hearing what they told me... I’m just wondering if anyone has been through something like this and had a positive outcome?
