Hello girls, so here's a quick question are any of y'all bloated like all the time? & if yes can y'all give a explanation. I notice that I'm always bloated, can't even suck it in. Before my period, after my period, any random time of the month I'm bloated. I wake up like that and when I take a shower at night I still notice it. Why could it be? Or is it perfectly normal?
