Tic after a miscarriage

Hi all, this is my first post. My husband and I just had our very first pregnancy end in miscarriage at 9 weeks 3 days. We want to continue trying and hopefully get our rainbow baby. Can you help with any advice for us? It would be greatly appreciated.
