Ok I need a little help! I am 37 days late and still no af or any symptoms besides being bloated which I think is constipation. I took a hpt three days ago and got a bfn. Doctor cannot see me for another month. Thinking about finding a new one. Anyway the only symptoms I'm having is cramping from time to time above and beneath my belly button, constipation no matter what I eat, ALWAYS sleepy like I'm dead tired even after sleeping long enough. Also bloated feeling that normally come with af but has not left since my last AF on September 5th. Could I be pregnant? Any suggestions
