Recently for about a month my breast have been sore constantly. Mainly my nipples, and it hurts to do anything. Wearing a bra hurts because of the pressure. If I ever reach in to adjust them it feels like I'm ripping duct tape off of them. If I lay against my partners back( sleeping naked) and they touch him they seem like they're sticking and we're back to the duct tape problem. I have tried bra less but being busty it's a little difficult. I have also tried just wearing a sports bra but it makes it worse. Please help I have no idea what is causing this..
