Painful cramps?

Is it normal to have cramps that are painful? Mine are worse at night. I haven't really experienced any painful cramps until tonight. I'm feeling a very strong pulsating cramps that's been going on consistently for about 10 mins now. I'm 5 weeks 5 days. No blood.

I'm 4 weeks and 3 days I was feeling the same I contacted my doctor she said it's the ligaments or something stretching and it should feel like I'm coming on my period. BUT she said if I see blood contact her right away so I say just give you doctor a call to see what they say !

It could be normal but definitely call the doctor. They will be able to help. I have the worst cramps from gas/constipation. As long as there is no blood it should be fine.
