I don't mean to alarm you as it very well may be ringworm, but that picture sort of looks like the classic "bullseye" rash from Lyme disease. You can google it if you need. I know this would be an extreme thing but just to be sure I would be checked out by the doctor.

I used a Clorox bleach pen when I had ring worm one time and it took it away within like 2-3 days.

I had a ring worm about a month ago and I just put ointment on it and put a bandaid and did this for 2 weeks

Ring worm. Get an anti fungus ointment.
