Where do you get your altar equipment for the right price??

Question

Please note I need a budget for £40 and I need:
Horned god and crone statue/photographs(statue prefferred)
Athame
Blue,red,green and yellow candles
Pentacle
Cloth
Salt bowl
Water bowl
Bell
Chalice
Crystal wand
Incense sticks + holder

- Horned god and crone statue: Have a look on eBay and Etsy for statues. Or use something as a representation. For example, I have a large stag antler with a candle holder fixed onto it to represent Cernunnos.
-Athame: Have a look on every witch way or Freya's cauldron or the spells of magic shop or eBay or Etsy go to charity shops and look for a letter opener/fancy knife
-candles: some charity shops sell them. Also Primark. If not, look at the online shops again.
-Pentacle: Again, have a look at online shops or try making one your own.
-Cloth: Find an old satin scarf or go to charity shops to look for one. or if you want a fancy one with pentacles and whatnot look online.
-Salt Bowl/Water bowl: Have a look around your home for a small bowl or dish. Failing that, charity shops or online
-Bell: Charity shops or online
-Chalice: See if you have a wine glass or something similar in your home. If not, charity shops and online.
-Crystal wand: They can be quite expensive. Fool Edinburgh sells them or you can look online. Wooden wands work just as well and can be free if made by you.
-Incense sticks + holder: incense sticks are really cheap and found in many places. Same for holders. Again, charity shops and online.

Most of my starter altar came from the $1 store.
I have friends who started out with butter knifes, white tea candles and Tupperware.
