I NEED HELP!

Girls, I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been extremely ill, it has been hard to function at work and at home, I havent been able to help my husband with my normal chores. He does everything, cooks, cleans. we moved a few weeks ago (when I was 7 weeks). and I didnt lift a finger. I feel so bad, I want to zdo something to spoil him, I tell him how muxh he helps and that I appreciate it but it doesnt feel enough. any ideas?? we are still having sex regularly and when I am able to help I do any chores that are left (usually it is washing the dinner dishes or going to the shop).
