neurogenic bladder

in 2010, when i was 18 when I met a terrible accident and got my spine injured badle. i went through the spinal surgery and got some fusion stuff done on my l2 l3 spine. though i was able to walk again,after a year of complete bed rest.but it left me with some other problems. I wasn't able to pee and had to b catherterised (putting a tube inside the bladder via vagina)

eventually with time, i am able to pee on my own but I still don't have a complete control over it. sometimes when i laugh hard or when i caugh or run, i pee in ky pants, having no control over that at all.

2 years earlier, I went to a relationship with a boy and by far i am still a virgin. we have phone sex and sext continously. but whenever i get an arousal, I pee in my pants.i am very worried that one day when we will have intercourse, i ll pee on the bed.

sometimes i also get worried whetr i ll be avle to habe a proper intercourse ever? will i ever concieve?

does andybody else has heard of such problem. any help or advice will do.i am really worried 😟
