I'm considering a water birth..

Hello! I'm 29 weeks today and have only just come to that I am seriously considering having a water birth. I want a natural birth with no pain relief and this is my first, but as the due date is slowly creeping up im finding myself more and more attracted to having a water birth to help with the pain and help me relax. I'm in the UK & I'm not sure how I go about this. My midwife has never mentioned it to me and has never given me the option to decide if i want a water birth. Just if I want the baby at home or in the hospital. I'm obviously getting closer to my due date and feeling I should seek professional advice but when I contacted my doctor surgery (where the midwives is we are) they told me to wait till my next appointment. Which is only 2 weeks away but then I'll only have 9 weeks left & I'm worried im running out of time to let someone know and to speak about my options. Can someone please let me know if they know anything about this? Also if you've had a water birth and can give me some more info about it that would be great! thank you 😊
