Stroller for an older one and nb?

I haven’t scrolled completely through the posts, but does anyone recommend a great stroller for a newborn and a 3+ year old? Side by side or tandem?

I like my city select, it converts from a single to double very easily. So I don't have to use it as a double on days I only need it for the baby. Definitely not side by side. When baby starts reaching and grabbing, it will annoy your toddler, plus it's hard to fit through doorways and narrow aisles.

evenflo tandem stroller.  It was a life saver. It wasn't super heavy and you could clip a carseat on one and a seat on the other, it came with two seats and then  turn them any direction. My son  was big for 4, so we stopped using it but if he was smaller it would have been good for a while longer.

I love my city select but if you looking for a cheaper option I loved my sit n stand there are several on the market I suggest look for the smallest fold.
