How do you keep doing this month after month?

I had a very faint positive yesterday and now this morning there is absolutely nothing and I'm 11 DPO. How do you pick yourself back up and keep trying for the next cycle? It gets so emotionally draining!

Trying to get pregnant is an emotional roller coaster. It's emotionally draining and CONSTANTLY on my mind. Last month I had a miscarage and didn't know how I was going to pick myself up but somehow I did. I'll continue to pray about it and try. I'll enjoy this bonding time with my husband and try not to stress. You just have to keep your chin up. One was or another you WILL be a parent. It might just take longer than you want. 💜

Just know In the end ( when ever that might be) when you do have a baby it will be worth it. If you stop, you won't have any chance. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

After 11 months of trying this is our last month of really really trying. Opk testing, Drs appointments, counting days. It's gotten too stressful for me and I need a break from the emotional roller coaster. 
Not to mention Clomid this month made me a raging lunatic. Lol 
We will just give it to God, if he wants to give us another child, he will :)
