Weird dream...what could it mean?

I have been TTC for about 6months now. (Just not using any methods of BC) and I took a hpt a few days ago and it was negative and then last night I had a very vivid dream that I had a baby girl with no warning. I was driving down the road and drove to the hospital because I wasn't feeling good and I gave birth. My boyfriend wasn't even there for the birth because we had no idea I was even pregnant. What does this mean? Could this mean I am pregnant just to early for it to come up on a hpt? Please help.
