Just got offered 2 jobs... and i already have a job. what would you do

I posted before about hoping to get this really well paying job and well i got it! yay... but idk im feeling overwhelmed right now and need advice.... im 16 weeks pregnant. I am an aged care support worker. My job is pretty good although my boss HATES me and i have unfriendly coworkers. I am working casually and have been there 8 months. I dislike working for the company but dont mind the actual job role. I have 20 weeks work this week available there and every week im offered roughly the same amount of hours. anywho, applied for a job in a grocery shop and one job as a disability support worker... i got them both!!

But ... i cant work 3 jobs. I am pregnant and have 4 kids. 2 jobs may be ok but 3 is impossible. I dont wanna give away the grocery shop job as its local, pays good and the work is laid back for being pregnant. the job i have now i havent told my boss im pregnant because she hates me and im scared she will hate me more when i tell her about it. i havent told the other 2 employers about my pregnancy either

the disability support worker pays best but i have to travel for work ... she wants me t9 start TOMORROW... she was a lot nicer than my current boss but again, i just dont know what to do.

what would you do?
