Healthy eating
I’ve finally decided to try and get my body back. I️ am 4 months PP and it’s time to stop eating whatever I want. I️ want to be a good influence on my daughter and have a healthy lifestyle that she can look up to and mimic. I’ve just been eating poorly for so long that I️ have NO idea where to start. I️ don’t like eggs, but everything else is fair game.
What do your meals look like every day? Any tips on how you went about it?
