Labor or Braxton Hicks

So i had sexy time last night and woke up with back pain now its turned into constant lower dull back pain and then sharp pains that last 30-60 seconds if that then go away to leave the dull pain again also feeling pressure really low i assume its BH but idk any idea? Im 39w3d due sunday last time i was checked i was 2cm and 70% effaced baby was at -1 station
