HCG 48 hr BLOOD DRAW

So i was having severe cramping on Tuesday 11/7/18 so o left work and went to the doc. I was 6+1. Doc did my ultrasound and said I didn't look 6 weeks I looked 4 or 5. Since I did ovulation tests etc and wouldn't be 1-2 full weeks off she sent me for hcg draw. The one Tuesday was 3,810 which is within the normal range for 6 weeks but they needed to make sure it was increasing so they drew again yesterday. Yesterday my levels were 3,772. It only went down by 38 which is small when you're talking about thousands but it was supposed to double. They're not saying anything but it doesn't look good. They want me to get blood drawn again Saturday and Monday and then come in for an appt Tuesday to talk about results. Has anyone had this happen and then had a viable pregnancy? I want to be prepared either way. I also should mention I have had no bleeding.
