Breastfeeding while pregnant

Hey ladies I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant. I have a 3 year old & a 18 month old. Both girls. So I’m currently still breastfeeding my youngest, but honestly I feel like she’s just using me as a pacifier because she eats food all day. She only wants to latch on when she’s sleepy, or if she fell or something. I know it’s her comfort. But honestly I already feel uncomfortable with her latching I’m still. And I’ve tried aloe Vera, I’ve tried band-aids to cover my areola so she won’t even see it lol. But she cries so much and I end up giving in. Can any of you ladies please give me advice on how to unlatch her?
