resting heart rate and ovulation
I have been using my fit bit for 4 months straight, and tracking my ovulation via tests and cm. consistently my resting heart rate jumps up at ovulation and stays up until the day af starts. coincidence? idk. but it happens. just wanted to share bc I have seen the question asked if resting heart rate changes during the cycle or if it can indeed indicate ovulation or pregnancy.
