implantation cramping!

Okay today Glow told me that most likely ill be ovulating today..BUT I think I already did! Yesterday I made a post about my opk, it was a dark test line.. I've been constipated for about 3 days TMI!😂 and now today I've been having cramps in my lower abdomen.... we've been "intercating"with each other since my cycle went off(A week ago) but last night we "interacted" and after I had cramps and this morning I still have mild cramping and still to right now I have them. I do have sore nips do u guys think I could be pregnant that fast or I'm I just ovulating?
