I had a different day with both of them, but no clear sign. It caught me off guard each time. My son came the first day in four weeks I did not have contractions. My daughter came after about a day or so of contractions. Both times I labored through the night.

I told my mum is felt different walking around town, 5 hours later my waters broke and 4 hours after that my daughter was born

There was nothing different, I honestly thought I was going to go late, the couple of times I got checked at the doctors office I wasn’t really dilating or anything, the day before the nurse practitioner said I was a fingertip dilated & like 30% effaced which can happen like weeks before you go into labor but @ 2am the next morning the contractions started & 2.5 days later she was born via csection @ 39 weeks 4 days
