When y’all say dpo is it from the first day of ovulation or last day of ovulation? Like the few days it lasts

You have an ovulation window of when you could ovulate. However you only actually ovulate for 24-48 hours. It's different for each person. That's my understanding at least.

Actual ovulation only lasts for about a day. I measure from my temperature drop (which marks the beginning of ovulation day)

If you take an ovulation test, once it shows positive you ovulate within 12-24 hours so most people (depending on time of day) count the next day or 2 days later as 1dpo. If you’re getting several positive opks for days in a row, count the day after your last positive as 1dpo. If you’re looking at Glow’s predicted days (at least on my calendars), they typically show a week (7 day) fertility window. Glow (again on my calendar, not sure if it varies per person) counts the middle day (day 4) as ovulation day and day 5 as 1dpo.
