I thought it was a very faint positive, but now feels like AF is about to start 😭

Yesterday I thought I had a faint (very faint) positive at 10DPO. I didn't test today at all but I've been feeling super crampy with a headache. When I've been wiping I can see a small amount of brownish discharge. I usually have that before AF shows up, so not surprising... now I'm just confused because I was pretty certain this was my month. I know implantation bleeding is rare, so if you had it, what did it look/feel like? I'm not gonna hold my breath because I don't wanna jinx myself... we've been trying for 2 years now. What do you think? AF about to start or implantation spotting?
