Afraid

Okay, so I am like 11dpo and I was getting cramps,my nipples get bigger and darker and I got lot of acne all over my face few days ago.. but last night and today I got like few brown spots in my underwear..Af suppose to not come in 6 days so I really hope it's implementation bleeding,but what its not?? As it's too soon I didn't do any test yet but this worrying kills me..any advice how to cope with this until Af s officially late so I can test?
