Can you sue the school

The school hasn't been helping me. I've told them about my problems and they dismissed it, and sometimes I wanna commit suicide and if I did then can they be sued? Who'll be blamed? A lot happened last year but I don't know if It can be used for now. A lot was indirect and only I was there to witness it
