Why do so many people assume the military can do what ever they want whenever they want? The US military is ran by Civilian control. The president, the government, your governors of state control the US military. So as far as the Jade Helm where they are taking over Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, & Nevada would have to be through the governors of those states, who can only initiate a short time martial law with just cause, or by the president of United States of America himself would declare a national martial law, who's ruling can be overthrown by Congress. Either way without having just cause it would be unconstitutional. things would be known of people truly understood what our Constitution consisted of. It is our responsibility to understand the Constitution and you know it's not the government.
