My LO is in the throes of a major sleep regression—he was giving me a 5-6 hour stretch at night but now it’s back to every 2 hours. Between that and working full time I️ am SPENT. My husband realized this and booked me a night in a hotel this week to get a good night rest (he can be thoughtful sometimes :)) My question is—how often will I️ have to pump? I️ want to get plenty of rest (that’s the whole point) but also want to make sure I️ don’t mess anything up supplywise. Any advice welcome! TIA!
