I’m wasting time trying to get flange size right 😔

I so I was using a 24mm and way too much was being pulled in so I got a 21mm and still too much. I went onto maymom and downloaded the breast sizer my nipple measuring 15mm before and after pumping. Any recommendations on what size I should use? This is a 19 mm in the picture and I feel it’s pulling the skin around my nipple. My nipple doesn’t rub at all but the skin/areola does
