Most comfortable way to sleep??
How do I️ sleep after a c section? I️ was not prepared for the pain and discomfort seeing as I️ was planning on doing a vaginal birth and had to have emergency surgery to get her out after 30 hours of hard labor pains and not progressing past 4 cm and 80 percent effaced. My whole belly is so damn sore I’m not sure how to get comfy...
