Period after miscarriage

I recently had a miscarriage (April 5) yes, on Easter 😔 and I have not gotten my period yet. It's been over 4 weeks since the miscarriage and 10 weeks since my last period. I am starting to get nervous that I am pregnant again as I wanted to wait a little bit longer. I am having constipation& stomach pains and exhaustion. Any insight?
