Blood after 5wk Transvag? TMI!

My ultrasound was at 7am this morning at 4wk6d and at 3Pm I felt a gush of liquid and found this. 
Are my babies okay???

It is common to have some bleeding after a transvaginal ultrasound and also after the doc checks you just FYI for later in your pregannacy. But if your worried give your doc a ring just to be safe
