13 year olds wearing heels?

I recently got heels to wear to my father's birthday dinner to go along with my dress. but I wanted to wear them out tonight and possibly to the movies I'm 13 years old, do you think it's okay if I wear these out. It's not like I'm going to wear them everyday just for fun. if u think its fine what would look good w them? :)

First of all, always wear what you want and don’t care about what anyone else says cause it’s your body. Second, those really aren’t that fancy or “grown up” or whatever. It’s not like they’re 6” stiletto heels. They’re more casual and I’m sure you’d look great in them!
