I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.
I am at a loss for what to do.
I had normal periods all my life (started at age 12, I'm now 22). Came every month on time. 30-32 days cycle always. Not too heavy, no pain nothing abnormal. I got married last year and went on birth control. I stopped taking birth control in sept. To ttc.
I took a pregnancy test oct 2nd and it came out a faint positive. Had a blood test and HCG was 15. The doctor said it was a chemical pregnancy. Bled for about a week, then spotted on and off the whole month. Doctor recommended full hormonal profile to make sure everything was okay.
Now, I had a normal period this month again. I went to the doctor and she said my hCG was still 15. All hormones looked normal except fsh and lh. My fsh was 5.98, and lh is 15. She said this could be PCOS (the blood test was taken while I was still spotting from the chemical). Then she said that the HCG level could just be my normal (I've NEVER heard of a woman naturally having an HCG level like that). I've never had any symptoms of pcos.
Oh yeah, they also said my tsh (thyroid) is 5.9, which is slightly elevated. So I need to go to an endocrinilogist for that. I've literally never had one symptom of pcos or hypothyroidism in my life. I'm a healthy weight, have good energy and overall feel good. Is it possible that all this is wrong with me all this time never having a symptom??? I'm at a loss and honestly freakig out.
