This is just what I did, and I lost about 60 pounds in about 2 months. You can definitely change this to however you see fit for you, this is just a starter. And I upped the amounts every other day.

-stretches

-situps: 10

-squats:10

-push up:5

-burpees:5

-jumping jacks:10

-plank:10 seconds

-run:10 minutes or once around the neighborhood.

-arm exercises with 3-5lb weights:20 min

I also did pilates for 30min-1hour. But not everyone has time in the schedule for that.
