does porn ruin sex??

can watching porn ruin your sex life? I don't watch it very often, maybe once a week and use my vibrator. My bf and I don't have sex a lot because he is always in pain and is convinced that when he organsms it only hurt him more. neither of us have orgasmed by each other, we've been close but haven't yet and it concerns me. When I'm close he has to stop because his back hurts. mind you were in our mid 20s and we just started having sex only about a month ago.
