I thought if I could just stick it out and breast-feed just a little bit longer that the weight may just come off

I thought that it would be an easier transition because I was in such good shape going into pregnancy ... but my hips began to widen and legs grew three sizes so much that a janitor at work asked me if they needed to widen the doorway so I could get through.

It has been such a struggle getting back and not wanting to give up! I Struggled with weight my entire life and finally was in the best shape of my life… And then I got pregnant. But I’m on my way! I’ve used in home fitness programs and meal plans and am finally starting to feel back to my old self!

Its a tough journey and I think it’s ok we let ourselves get pissed that it is but it’s so important to support each other and help each other through! We are worth the effort and time it takes for us to feel confident , sexy , and a little like ourSELF
