do you mind buying things that were on display?

when you go shopping and try to buy something like...shoes or electronics or jewerly or whatever...and the workers tell you that the one on display is the last one...do you mind buying it? or not?

if the display model is not damaged, I buy it. most of the time, BECAUSE it was the floor model only and they didn't take it out( it technically false advertising,  if they no longer have it in stock), they end up giving a 10-20% discount, if u buy it

As long as they give me full warranty for it if there are any defects because you never really know with display models how they have been treated prior to purchasing it. I have no issue buying the display.

Shoes/clothing- I couldn’t care less. More expensive electronics on display I’d prob expect a discount.

When I buy an expensive handbag I always ask for a new one from the back. I don’t want to spend that kind of money on a bag that’s been handled.

My husband always gets displays for a discount. Nothing wrong with that and they do give warranties most of the time for them.

I love display models. They're typically heavily discounted. I have a 60in tv that was a display. I've had it for about 4 years now and it still works fine. I paid $400. Discounted down from $1100.

I've bought shirts off mannequins before if its the only one in my size and I want it. Usually the people working in the store are happy to help me. No shame at all.
