Antihistamines & TTC

I spoke to my doctor about my many medications (facepalm) and he said to definitely stay off my extra strength antihistamines, which is fair enough. He said its better to be a bit sneezy. My problem is I honestly have awful allergies which effect my job and sometimes make it impossible... i really dont want my coworkers getting sick/frustrated with me... any suggestions on alternatives to take or things to try? honestly think of i dont have something i will just be sat at home a red nosed sniffling mess for 9 months 😂🙈
