Hot flashes?

I’m 24 years old and I’ve been getting hot flashes for the past couple weeks, I have no idea why? Anyone out there with some answers?! #enlightenme

You may want to check with your doctor but it is probably nothing serious.
I’m 26 and I’ve been getting them off and on for about 4 years. It’s just my hormones acting up here and there. They stopped when I was on birth control pills but came back when I went back off them recently.
