I think it would look nice but if that’s one of those filters that changes your face shape you’d probably get more accurate opinions with an unfiltered photo.

I say yes. I'm curious to know what the scar would look like if you decided to let it heal over, though. I had spider bites and they are mostly closed now (took them out ~2 years ago) but from the outside they still just look like holes.
